Can I exchange or return if the size does not fit?

Yes! Within 7 days of receiving the products, you can initiate a return or exchange through request in your account.

What are the return conditions?

1. We will collect your return within three working days (Monday to Friday).
2. Once we receive your items, they will go through our Quality Service Department (QSD), which takes up to 24 hours.
3. Once the QSD approves your return, we will refund the amount by your selected refund
method.
IMPORTANT:
1. Items must be in perfect and sellable condition (unworn, with the label on the product, no makeup stains, and no perfume smell).
2. Products should be returned in their original branded packaging with any related accessories, booklets, and protective covers.
3. Unapproved items will be sent back to you.

Which payment options do you accept for orders?

We accept credit card (website), Apple Pay (website),payment link (additional charge of 2.9% + 1 AED per transaction) and cash on delivery.

What are the refund conditions?

In the case of a refund for a purchase made through card payment or Apple Pay, the 2.9% original transaction fee, which is included in the item price at the time of purchase, will not be refunded to the customer. The refunded amount will be the purchase price minus the 2.9%. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.

How long will it take for the order to be delivered?

We offer next-day delivery.

Can I get made-to-measure services for online orders?

Currently, made-to-measure services are in progress.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes! Gift cards are available in amounts of 1000, 1500, and 2000 AED. You can find them in the main menu.

What materials are used for products, especially suits?

We use poly wool from England for suits, and the jackets are lined with satin.

How many suit colors are available?

There are 7 suit colors, representing the 7 Emirates of the UAE.

Can I try or see colors in person?

While we primarily operate as an online store, we offer the convenience of trying on a suit before making a purchase. To inquire about this service, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp. Additionally, you can explore our selection of suits at our partner store, LUMA BEAUTY SPACE DUBAI, located in Business Bay. Who covers the cost of returning or exchanging products and delivery?
